Shipping & Delivery
Here you will find everything about shipping times, delivery areas, and the process of your order. We explain transparently how quickly your products will arrive and what you should consider when ordering multiple items.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver within Germany, to the entire EU, and to selected international countries.
During checkout, it will automatically show you if your country is available.

How long does the delivery take?
Typically, we ship within 1–3 business days.
The delivery time is usually 2–5 business days within Germany and a bit longer for international shipping.
Are inlays and cases shipped together or separately?
If you order a case including an inlay, both will be shipped together.
Individually ordered inlays or accessories may arrive in separate packages.

Do your inserts fit in any case?
Our inlays are based on standardized measurements.
Whether an inlay fits your existing case can be seen in each product description – the compatible model is clearly indicated there.
Can I buy an inlay separately, without a case?
Yes, all inlays are available individually.
You can continue using existing cases and only replace the inlay if needed.
What should I do if I'm not sure which insert I need?
We are happy to help you!

Return, Warranty & Service
All important information about returns, warranties, and our services. We explain when a return is possible, what warranties you receive on cases, and how we handle custom orders.
Can I return products?
Yes, as a consumer, you can return unused and undamaged products within 14 days. Inlays with customizations are excluded from returns.
The cost of the return is borne by the buyer. There is no statutory right of withdrawal for commercial customers.
What warranty do I get on cases?
With Peli™ and SKB Cases, you receive a lifetime manufacturer's warranty.
It covers material and production defects – worldwide, at no additional cost.
Do you offer customizations?
Custom foam inserts are generally possible, but they make sense only for larger quantities.
This is because analysis, CAD creation, machine programming, and setup costs are incurred.
For single pieces, we recommend our modular standard inlays.
