Shipping & Delivery
Here you'll find everything you need to know about shipping times, delivery areas, and the order process. We'll explain transparently how quickly your products will arrive and what you should keep in mind when ordering multiple items.
Where do you deliver to?
We deliver within Germany, throughout the EU and to selected international countries.
The checkout process will automatically show you whether your country is available.

How long does shipping take?
We usually ship within 1-3 working days.
The delivery time is usually 2-5 working days within Germany and slightly longer abroad.
Are inlays and cases shipped together or separately?
If you order a case including an inlay, both will be shipped together.
Individually ordered inlays or accessories may arrive in separate packages.

Do your inlays fit in every case?
Our inlays are based on standardized dimensions.
Whether an inlay fits your existing case can be seen in each product description – the compatible model is clearly stated there.
Can I buy an inlay separately, without a case?
Yes, all inlays are available individually.
You can continue to use existing cases and only replace the inlay if necessary.
What do I do if I'm not sure which inlay I need?
We're happy to help!
Use our contact form, ideally send us a photo of your equipment or case and we will advise you on the right solution.
Returns, Warranty & Service
Everything you need to know about returns, warranties, and our services. We explain when a return is possible, what warranties you receive on cases, and how we handle custom orders.
Can I return products?
Yes, as a consumer you can return unused and undamaged products within 14 days. Inlays with individual modifications are excluded from returns.
The buyer bears the return shipping costs. There is no statutory right of withdrawal for business customers.
What warranty do I receive on cases?
Peli™ and SKB cases come with a lifetime manufacturer's warranty.
It applies to material and manufacturing defects – worldwide, without additional costs.
Do you offer custom-made products?
Custom foam inserts are generally possible, but only make sense for larger quantities.
This is because it involves analysis, CAD creation, machine programming and setup costs.
For individual pieces, we recommend our modular standard inlays.
